Skilled Support

At Sofon, we continually work on evolving our software. In an intrinsic sense, we do this by adding new features. And in a technical context, we ensure that the software is up to date with the latest evidence-based technologies.

With your agreement for maintenance and support, as a Sofon customer you are entitled to the latest software version of the modules you use.

That means you can count on a new Sofon release each year, with new functionalities and technical possibilities. The reference point for this is our annual customer day in fall. All Sofon customers are invited to this.

During the customer day, we explain the new Sofon possibilities and features. If you attend the customer day, you will be given the new release there and then, along with the release notes. These summarize the changes, including the associated technical information and how the new version can be implemented. An updated manual is also included. Customers who are unable to attend will be sent the information.

Customers who use a web version will be given information on how to download the new release.

Each updated version can be installed without manual conversion. If you wish, you can perform this in a test environment first. Should you need support for the installation, you are welcome to ask a Sofon consultant.

Support

With an agreement for maintenance and support, as a Sofon customer you are entitled to ongoing support and assistance. Experienced support staff are available for this, by phone or email.
