The Sales department can therefore set up and calculate highly complicated product proposals directly from the CRM process, at the customer’s location. The efficient integration enables the direct exchange and processing of data between the systems without leaving the update.CRM environment. Time-consuming information checks with the back office and duplication of data belong to the past.
