    Sofon is used to support the complete bidding process concerning great projects as well as smaller orders related to spare parts and services.
  • Sofon at Ecodyne Heat Exchangers– Trent Crawford (Sales manager)

    ECODYNE Industrial Heat Exchanger Group is a leading supplier of air-cooled heat exchangers for the power-, oil and gas and process industry. They offer application solutions for the cooling of gas turbines, steam turbines, auxiliary equipment and balance of installations, piston engines, compressors and lubricating oil. With over 70 years of experience their engineers can design a tailored solution against the lowest total costs and risk for a project.

    “Sofon is ‘leveraged’ to standardize, automate and optimize our sales (application) engineering processes in order to reduce the cost of goods sold, decrease error rates and minimize the time required to quote. With Sofon we can now very quickly technically validate and cost-up a manual design. We have also just released a Sofon model to automatically search for the most cost-effective solution, albeit for a subset of possible products and applications. This is based on electronic catalogues delivered by external suppliers”
  • Sofon at Stork Thermeq – Anne Bosma (Process Engineer)

    Stork Thermeq B.V. focuses its activities nowadays on the more complicated water-steam systems including integration of feed water deaerators, multi fuel Low NOx burners and environmental compliance. Stork Thermeq assists customers in finding the most economical and technically suitable solution.

    Sofon is used for the configuration of customer specific solutions, which are technical calculated based on CAD-files and after the technical OK the cost price is calculated to be used in a total offer for the production and implementation of the proposed solution.
